Arrive in Guilin, the start of this tour. Be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel for a good rest.
Guilin city view
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Accommodation: In Longsheng
It is an exciting day to visit the natural beauty of Longji Terraces and experience the unique minority culture in the mountainous area of Guilin.
In the morning, our local guide will pick you up from hotel lobby at about 08:30 and drive toward Longsheng directly. It takes about 2-2.5 hours driving along the mountaous road to Longji Terraces Scenic Area. You will be stunned by the magnificent terraced paddy fields in the hill slope, surrounding the minority villages. Free time for you to climb and visit Longji Terraces before lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, walk around the ethnic group, you will find local villagers working in the fields, local women doing needle works under the roof, the kids running and playing in the village. Stay overnight in the mountainous area to enjoy the peace and tranquilty in the minority villages.
Longji Rice Terraces
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Accommodation: In Guilin
In the morning, you will enjoy the beautiful scenery of terraced rice field and exotic ethnic culture after hiking about 3.5 hours up to Tiantou Village in Jinkeng Rice Terraces Area. After lunch in the local farm house, continue to trek 2km to visit Yao family in Dazhai Village. Walk to parking lots to have a break. Drive back to Guilin.
Longji Rice Terraces
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Accommodation:In Yangshuo
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Yangdi and dropped off at the pier there. Start the hiking to Xingping along the Li River bank. It is about 15 km and needs 5-6 hours for hiking. Have a short rest at Xingping, take a driving to Yangshuo. Dinner and stay overnight at Yangshuo. The popular Impression of Liu sanjie directed by Zhang Yimou is available as your night show.
Li River
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Accommodation: In Guilin
In the morning, you can take a biking or take bus driving around the countryside to enjoy the countryside view including the Moon Hill and the Big Banyan Tree. Yulong River Bamboo Rafting (optional) is also highly recommended to you. You may ask the guide for help to arrange this rafting en route of countryside tour. Free at leisure before drive back to Guilin for overnight
Tips: Yangshuo Countryside Biking Tour (renting a bike to ride at Yulong River area, a leisure way to appreciate the clear river with countless hills surrounded the countryside there.)
Cycling in the countryside of Yangshuo
Meals: Breakfast
Lay your every footprint in your mind and say Zaijian to Guilin. Be transferred to the airport for the flight to your next stop.
